Choose a time slot that works for you.
Choose the 2-hour pickup and delivery times that suit you in our app or by email. We will send an email confirmation afterwards. -
We aim to clean your clothing within 3 to 4 business days, depending on seasonal demand, or degree of soiling. Clothing with complex stains or delicate fabrics, may take longer to process - delivery time will be communicated to you once the items have been inspected in our Atelier. For shoes, leather, curtains and carpets, delivery time is estimated to be 1 to 3 weeks, due to the delicate nature of these items, the time of the season, or the nature of soiling.

Preferably in a sealed bag. It is always an added value if you enclose a note with a brief description of the soiling or anything you wish to communicate about a garment.

If you have not set delivery preferences in your online account, you must be home when our drivers come to pick up and deliver your items. If you will not be home or if you want someone else to pick up your order, you can specify a preferred contact (neighbor, housekeeper, janitor) in your delivery preferences.
If you miss a pickup or delivery and have not notified us at least 12 hours before the deadline, you will be charged 12 € for your order to cover the driver's visit.

Yes, if you are not sure how to make a booking online, you can always contact our customer service by email info@opuro.be. They will be happy to help you and send you an e-mail with a booking confirmation.

Yes! You can book a fixed pick-up and drop-off slot (once a week or twice a week) directly in your online account (just click on "Book a recurring booking".
You can also call us at 052/372682 and one of our staff can reserve it for you. This prevents you from having to place an order over and over again, and you can cancel it at any time if you don't need delivery that week or go on vacation.

There is a minimum order of 65 € for clothing and 100 € for carpets and curtains. Please note that there is a 14 € delivery charge if the total value of the order is less than 100 €. For orders over 100 €, home or office pickup and delivery within our region is free.
By "our region" we mean a driving distance of 10 km from our starting point at Stoofstraat 41 at 1785 Merchtem.

You can pay with the credit card you entered during the registration process on our website or through our Opuro App.
In addition, you can also pay easily and quickly with a debit or credit card at the driver's door via a user-friendly payment terminal.
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments.

You can view all the details of your current bookings in the "My Orders" section of your account (visible from the home page of your online account).

Sometimes you get surprised with different arrangements - we fully understand that.
You can change your booking date and time until 5 p.m. on the day before the originally scheduled slot. If you do not know when you will be free next time, you can cancel your booking and place a new one when you are ready. Please note that if you need to change your address information for a new zip code, you may need to choose new pickup and delivery times.

Yes, we offer rush delivery for urgent orders. Please contact contact us and we will assess the situation and propose a customized solution. Please note that this service is customized and may incur additional costs due to the unique relocation and deployment of all necessary resources to make the rush delivery a success.

There are several factors that may affect our ability to process and deliver your order. During certain periods, such as holidays, vacation periods, or unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or other logistical challenges, we may experience limitations in our operational capacity.
In addition, there may be situations where the cost of processing and delivering an order exceeds the value of the order itself, especially for orders located outside our usual delivery area. In such cases, we may be forced to refuse or delay the order to avoid operational and logistical costs.
